KOMPAS.com – Seblak kuah is a typical Bandung food that is spicy and savory, but addictive.

Material:
- 150 grams of orange starch crackers (soak in hot water until soft)
- 1 chicken thigh (boiled, shredded meat)
- 4 beef meatballs (sliced round)
- 4 caisim stems (cut into 2 centimeters)
- 400 milliliters chicken stock
- 1 chicken egg (beaten well)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)
- 2 boiled eggs (for garnish)
Ground spice ingredients:
- 2 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 8 centimeters galangal.
- 2 red cayenne peppers
- 8 large red chilies (remove seeds)
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, add ground spices. Fry the ground spices until aromatic, then set aside to the side of the pan.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Stir until the eggs form small lumps.
- Add the shredded chicken, meatballs and caisim. Stir until the vegetables are wilted.
- Add the soaked crackers. Stir well until the spices are absorbed.
- Pour in the chicken stock, then season with salt and sugar. Stir well and cook until boiling. Add spring onions. Stir well, then remove from heat.
