Rujak seasoning jerky is made with curly red chili seasoning, onion, garlic, brown sugar, lemongrass, coconut milk, tamarind water, and coriander.

Material:
- 500 grams of beef
- 1 tablespoon coriander, puree
- 1 tablespoon of acid water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 lemongrass stems, memor
- 100 ml of coconut milk
Puree:
- 5 curly red chili
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 grams of brown sugar
- Salt to taste

How to make roasted jerky spices salad:
- Boil the meat with coriander, tamarind water, and brown sugar until cooked. Remove, thinly sliced.
- Arrange the meat on a baking sheet that has been smeared with oil, bake to dry.
- Heat oil, saute ground spices and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked. Pour coconut milk, cook until oily.
- Add the meat, stir briefly. Lift and serve.
