Material:

• 500 grams of beef
• 1 tablespoon coriander, puree
• 1 tablespoon of acid water
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 lemongrass stems, memor
• 100 ml of coconut milk

Puree:

• 5 curly red chili
• 5 shallots
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 50 grams of brown sugar
• Salt to taste

How to make roasted jerky spices salad:

1. Boil the meat with coriander, tamarind water, and brown sugar until cooked. Remove, thinly sliced.
2. Arrange the meat on a baking sheet that has been smeared with oil, bake to dry.
3. Heat oil, saute ground spices and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked. Pour coconut milk, cook until oily.
4. Add the meat, stir briefly. Lift and serve.
