How to make grilled chicken with rujak spices:
1. Wash the chicken thoroughly then drain it, then bruise the chicken then grill it over hot coals or in the oven until the chicken meat is browned. After that, lift and set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil then saute ground spices, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal and bay leaves until fragrant and cooked. After that, pour in the coconut milk while stirring until the coconut milk boils.
