Fruit ruak ice recipe

Material:

  • 500 grams of grapefruit, shred-suwir
  • 400 grams of kedondong, rough grated
  • 200 grams of cucumber, rough grated
  • 300 grams of papaya mengkal, rough grated
  • 300 grams of yam, rough grated
  • 200 grams of brown sugar, fine shaved
  • 500 ml of water
  • 5 vegetable starfruit, small sliced
  • 10 red chili
  • 2 cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon fried shrimp paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • PLASTIC ICLINE TO PLASE

How to make fruit ruak ice

  1. Mix Kedondong, Cucumbers, Papaya, Bengkuang, and Orange in a container, then cool in the refrigerator.
  2. Blend red chili, cayenne pepper, shrimp paste, salt, brown sugar, and starfruit vegetables until it becomes a fine paste.
  3. Pour the water into the salad seasoning, stir well until dissolved.
  4. Mix fruits with brown sugar liquid, stir well until absorbed.
  5. Pour into the plastic ice candle, tie tightly, then store in the freezer until it freezes.
  6. Serve fruit salad ice in a cold state as a fresh takjil.
