KOMPAS.com – If you have oyster mushrooms in the refrigerator, process it into fried oyster mushrooms and serve with chili onion.
This oyster mushroom is fried without flour, made with simple ingredients of garlic, and salt.
As for the onion sauce there are cayenne pepper, garlic, and salt. Can be used as practical side dishes during the month of Ramadan for the meal menu.

How to make fried oyster mushroom chili sauce:
