Crispy fried shrimp ingredients:
- 250 grams shrimp (peeled)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon instant chicken flavored stock powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Lining material:
- Tapioca flour
- Egg white to taste (beat well)
Sauce ingredients:
- 400 grams of mayonnaise
- 100 grams of sweet thick
- 1 teaspoon French mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
