KOMPAS.com – Water spinach can be processed into a fresh, clear vegetable, if you are bored of being stir-fried.
The clear kale vegetable is made with ebi, kale, garlic, shallots, cayenne pepper, sugar and salt.
The clear kale vegetable is suitable to be served with fried tempeh and shrimp paste chili sauce, added with white rice.

- 1 bunch kale, cut into pieces, wash and drain
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 tsp ground ebi
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red onions, chopped
- 5 cayenne peppers
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
