Recipe for Baked Cashew Nut Brownies, Friends for Drinking Tea or Coffee


KOMPAS.com – If you have cashews at home, make them into the filling and topping for baked brownies.

These roasted cashew nut brownies are made with unsalted butter, dark cooking chocolate, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk. baking powder, wheat flour, cashews, and white cooking chocolate.

Baked cashew nut brownies are baked in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Once cooked, coat with melted chocolate and sprinkle with cashew nuts, let cool, then serve with friends drinking tea or coffee.

Ingredients I (mix, melt by steaming):

  • 175 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams dark cooking chocolate (dark cooking chocolate), break it

Ingredients II (mix, shake until evenly mixed):

  • 4 eggs + 2 egg yolks, beaten well

Ingredients III (mix well and sift):

  • 175 grams of wheat flour
  • 20 grams of powdered milk
  • 40 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 100 grams roasted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped for sprinkling
  • 50 grams dark cooking chocolate (dark cooking chocolate), melt it, put it in a triangular plastic bag (piping bag)trim the ends a little.
  • 50 grams white cooking chocolate (white cooking chocolate), melt it, put it in a triangular plastic bag (piping bag)trim the ends a little.

Prepare:

  • baking pan measuring 12 x 20 x 4 centimeters, spread with margarine, thinly, line with baking paper, spread with margarine again thinly.
