Puyo Peduli launches school building campaign in NTT

Jakarta (ANTARA) –

Indonesian F&B brand Puyo Dessert launched the Puyo Peduli 2024 campaign which invites all Indonesian people to take part in building the Abdi Kasih Bangsa School in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

The Puyo Peduli Program is a corporate responsibility program from Puyo Desserts which aims to provide happiness and have a positive impact on Indonesia.

“I believe every child, wherever they are, has the right to get a decent education. Education is not just about gaining knowledge, but also about opening doors of opportunity for them to achieve a brighter future. Through the Puyo Peduli campaign, we want to plant the seeds hope and inspire Indonesia’s young generation to continue learning and developing,” said Puyo Desserts Co-Founder Eugenie Patricia in a press statement received, Monday.

This campaign is based on the inspiring story of Victoriani Inabuy, who now serves as Principal of Abdi Kasih Bangsa School who was willing to leave the comfort of teaching at an international school located in Jakarta to devote herself to the education of children in her hometown.

To support this campaign, Puyo presents the Silky Kids Bundle, a special package consisting of silky desserts and a children’s story book entitled Pina Sang Singer by Reda Gaudiamo. This book tells the story of Pina, a little girl with a melodious voice who learns to be confident.

It is hoped that Pina’s story can inspire children in NTT to continue dreaming and achieving their goals.

For every Silky Kids Bundle purchase, IDR 20,000 will be donated for the construction of the Abdi Kasih Bangsa School. Thus, while enjoying dessert, Puyo customers have indirectly contributed to building the future of Indonesian children.

It is hoped that collaboration between private parties such as Puyo Desserts with the community and government can be a good example in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.
