Material:
- 1600 milliliters of water
- 150 grams of tapioca pearls
- 453 grams of orange sweet potato (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 679 grams of purple sweet potato (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 cans of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 liter of water

1. Bring to a boil of 1600 milliliters of water in a medium sized pan, then add tapioca, reduce the heat, and stir gently until the tapioca grains are soft and clear. After that drain and rinse tapioca grains with cold water.
2. Store tapioca grains in a bowl filled with ice water until ready to use. If not used within two hours, drain the tapioca grains then store in the refrigerator.
3. Meanwhile, boil the orange sweet potato in the pan until it is soft, then drain and set aside.
4. Boil purple sweet potatoes and sugar in one liter of water to tender about five to seven minutes, then remove the yam and drain. Set aside cooking water.
5. Blender of purple sweet potatoes with coconut milk and 236 milliliters of cooking water until smooth, then pour back into the remaining cooking water. Cook while stirring until the consistency is like a rather thick cream soup.
