Pumpkin steamed sponge recipe using 3 eggs, snack ideas for children

Material:

  • 3 chicken eggs (shake until stiff)
  • 400 grams of yellow pumpkin (steamed)
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of medium protein flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cake puder or baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (melt)

How to make a pumpkin steamed sponge

  1. Mix yellow pumpkin that has been steamed with fresh milk and sugar, then puree.
  2. Put the mixture into a stiff beaten egg, then stir gently until blended.
  3. Add flour and baking powder While sifting, stir again until smooth. Give milk powder, vanilla powder, and liquid butter. Mix well.
  4. Cover the mold with butter. Pour the mixture into the mold, then put it in the steam. Steam for about 25 minutes until cooked, let it cool before lifting.
