Aulia Zahra Dewanti or familiarly called Zahra, became the youngest participant at Masterchef Indonesia season 12. Dara born in Kendal March 13, 2002 has loved the culinary world since childhood.

Since sitting in elementary school, he has dreamed of being part of the Indonesian Masterchef event. Now at the age of 22 years, that dream is finally realized.

His love for the culinary world, especially in the pastry field, started from the habit of baking with her grandmother. From there his talent continued to be honed until he deepened his expertise by working at the pastry shop and studying in the pastry field.

However, Zahra did not want to only be known as a pastry specialist. Armed with his experience and enthusiasm, he is ready to serve special dishes at Masterchef Indonesia season 12 and prove that he is able to master various cooking techniques, not only in the pastry world.

Education

Before really focused on pursuing the culinary world, Zahra had time to study at the Semarang Health Polytechnic, Department of Nutrition. In the midst of Pandemi Covid-19, he had to postpone his dream to explore pastry and first completed his education as a nutritionist.

However, his enthusiasm for learning was never extinguished. After officially graduating, Zahra finally got the blessing of his parents to pursue his passion in the culinary world. He also registered himself at the Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts Indonesia and took intensive education for 9 months. This decision is a turning point for Zahra in realizing his childhood dreams to work in the culinary world.

Work

While waiting for his graduation from the Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts Indonesia, Zahra began to pioneer a career by working as a daily worker at a pastry shop in Gading Serpong. Although only three months of work, his enthusiasm to continue to develop to bring him to new challenges to participate in the Masterchef Indonesia event.

For Zahra, this competition is not just a show of ability, but also a big step towards his biggest dream of having his own pastry shop. With hard work and dedication, he is determined to prove that his dream can come true.
