Material:
- 300 grams red sweet potato (peeled and cut into 1.5 cm cubes)
- 3 red chilies (remove seeds, thinly sliced lengthwise)
- 50 milliliters of water
- Sufficient cooking oil
Ground spice ingredients:
- 3 red chilies
- 4 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (finely sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make sweet potato fried chili sauce
- Fry the red sweet potatoes until cooked and brown, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan using medium heat, pour in two tablespoons of cooking oil. Fry ground spices and sliced red chilies until fragrant.
- Pour water into the pan, then cook until it boils and thickens.
- Add the fried red sweet potato, stir until all the ingredients are mixed evenly and the spices are absorbed. Cook until the chili becomes thick. Lift and serve.
