KOMPAS.com – Grilled corn left over from New Year can be transformed into a snack creamy. For example, cheese milk corn (jasuke).
The combination of the sweet taste of milk, savory cheese and the distinctive aroma of roasted corn makes this snack suitable to be eaten at any time.

- 2 pieces of corn (popped the kernels)
- 100 grams of cheese cheddar (scar)
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 300 milliliters of liquid milk (can be cow’s milk or other alternatives)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed
- 2 tablespoons butter.
- 50 grams of cornstarch or corn flour (dissolve in 2 tablespoons of water)

- Heat a frying pan, pour in liquid milk, and add powdered milk and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is visible creamy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, butter and cornstarch solution. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Put the roasted corn into the milk and cheese mixture. Stir until all the corn kernels are coated with the mixture.
- Pour the jasuke into a container. Add grated cheese as toppings (summary). If you want it to be more special, grill the cheese toppings with torch until melted and slightly browned. Serve warm.
