- 350 grams of mini potatoes (split two and fry until skin)
- 10 pieces of petai (cut into pieces)
- 1 tablespoon of ebi (roasting and loading)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 centimeters of galangal (loading)
- 1 teaspoon of sour water (mixture of 1 teaspoon of tamarind and 1 tablespoon of water)
- 1.5 teaspoon of salt
- 1.5 teaspoon of sugar
- 300 milliliters of coconut milk from half the coconut
- 3 tablespoons of oil
The seasoning ingredients that are mashed:
- 8 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 curly red chili
- 5 hazelnut items
- 1 centimeter of turmeric

- Pour the oil into the pan to be heated, then fry the spices, bay leaves, and galangal until scented.
- Add the petai and ebi, stir and cook until the aroma comes out.
- Add french fries, stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed. Pour coconut milk, cook until boiling.
- Give salt, sugar, and tamarind water. Mix well and cook until the spices are absorbed and coconut milk thickens. Lift and serve.
