Material:
- 100 grams of potato flour
- 300 milliliters of water
- 300 grams of high protein flour
- 100 grams of medium protein flour
- 6 grams of instant yeast
- 50 grams of sugar
- 30 grams of milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cake puder or baking powder
- 3 egg yolks
- 125 milliliters of ice water
- 40 grams of margarine
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 150 grams of flour sugar or donut sugar (for sprinkling)

- Mix potato flour and water in the container, stir until thickened. Let stand.
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk powder, and baking powder. Stir well. Give a mixture of potato flour and water, stir again until smooth.
- Add eggs and ice water gradually while kneading until smooth. Add margarine and salt, knead back to elastic. Leave for about 15 minutes.
- Press the dough until deflated. Take the dough, make sure it weighs about 20 grams each. Leave it back for about 10 minutes.
- Flatten the dough, make a hole in the middle. Leave it back for about 35 minutes until the dough expands.
- Heat the oil in the pan using medium heat. Fried soak the dough until browned and cooked.
- Baluri donuts with flour sugar until smooth. Serve.
