The next drink for losing weight is a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar. This mixture is able to suppress hunger and increase metabolism.

Quoting the Times of India, the acetic acid in apple cider vinegar can increase fat burning and reduce levels of fat deposits in the stomach.

Consume 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and mix it with a glass of warm water. Drink apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach.

3. Lemon juice and honey
Apart from providing antioxidants, a glass of lemon water and honey in the morning can help the fat burning process while removing toxins from the body.

Mix a few slices of lemon in warm water. Add honey as a flavor enhancer.

Consume lemon water and honey at least 20 minutes before breakfast.

4. Aloe vera juice

5. Tamarind turmeric herbal medicine
Consuming tamarind turmeric herbal medicine in the morning can help the process of burning stomach fat. The curcumin compound in turmeric has the potential to metabolize fat.

6. Peppermint tea
Apart from its fresh aroma, the menthol content in mint leaves also helps relax the muscles of the digestive tract.
