Pineapple fried rice is made with eggs, parsley rice, tomato sauce, pepper, onions, garlic, pineapple and green onions.
Pineapple fried rice can be filled with button mushrooms and chicken or beef sausage, you can also add shrimp.

Material:
- 2 portions of white rice (choose the spicy one)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 50 grams of onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 pineapple, peeled, core removed, thinly sliced
- 3 sticks of chicken/beef sausage, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 5 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced

1. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil, add the eggs. Scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat the remaining oil, saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add pineapple and sausage then stir-fry until wilted.
3. Add rice, tomato sauce, pepper and salt. Stir and cook until the spices are mixed evenly.
4. Add spring onions and scrambled eggs. Stir again until smooth. Lift.
