Material:
- 1 Peking duck
- 6 red onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 segments of ginger
- 2 spring onions
- ½ ounce sensitive
- ½ ounce goblong
- 1 ounce of sugar and 10 spring roll skins
- 1 cucumber
- 2 red chilies
- Salt to taste
- Enough vaccine
- Ptum sauce
- Hong Kong sauce
How to Make Peking Duck
- Mix the duck with special seasonings and spices such as onions, ginger, sensitive and salt until it is completely absorbed.
- Put all the additional ingredients such as spring onions, red chilies and cucumber into the duck’s stomach, then sew it tightly.
- Boil the duck in water mixed with Hong Kong sauce and Ptum sauce until half cooked. Lift and drain.
- Grill the duck over medium heat until the skin is golden brown and the texture is crispy.
