This chili sauce menu uses fried peanuts. Meanwhile, you can add sugar and chili according to taste.
This peanut sauce is delicious eaten with chicken satay and goat satay. The following is the recipe, quoted from the book “100 Indonesian Satay Recipes” the work of Dapur Alma (2011) published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama.

- 50 grams of fried peanuts
- 3 cayenne peppers or according to taste
- 1 red chili
- Brown sugar to taste (comb)
- 75 milliliters of boiled water
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 4 red onions (thinly sliced)
- Puree the fried peanuts, cayenne pepper and red chili, then add sugar to taste.
- Pour in boiled water, stir until slightly melted or according to taste. Next add sweet soy sauce, then stir until smooth. Serve.
