Avoid 7 Ultra Process Foods as revealed Eat this, not that! (12/3/2025) below because the impact is worse than expected:
1. Supermarket bread
In supermarkets often sold white bread which is suitable as a stock of practical food. However, beware of consumption because this bread is added a lot of unhealthy additives, even though the type is organic or ‘whole-grain’.
Nutritionist Lindsey Wohlford revealed, “If bread or other products have been added to preservatives to extend the shelf life, then it is likely that the product is an ultra process.”

Many people now switch to drinking vegetable milk (plant-based milk) for reasons of lactose intolerance that is in cow’s milk or just because it prefers the taste of vegetable milk. Unfortunately this product is not as healthy as imagined by many people.
Many vegetable milk packaging added additives and preservatives. Nutritionist Kimberly Spatola said it should be aware of additional ingredients in the form of caragenan and sugar that produces a sweet taste profile like a cow’s milk.
“So many vegetable milk products try to imitate (cow’s milk) by adding sugar. Conversely, I always recommend vegetable milk without sweeteners and without taste,” he said.
3. Cereal
Cereals that are often consumed at breakfast are examples of ultra -processed foods. Even though it is labeled “Healthy”, this product is very likely to add coloring, sugar, and other additional ingredients.
“Many cereals are processed excessively. These foods contain maltodextrin, protein and processed fiber, as well as dyes. On the other hand, wheat only contains one ingredient: wheat!” said health experts to The conversation.
4. Frozen French fries

Frozen french fries should only consist of sliced potatoes, oil, and salt. But in fact, most frozen fries products marketed in supermarkets are given a lot of unhealthy additives.
Nutritionist Dana Angelo White said, “Frozen french fries are still fried! Even worse, many brands use trans fats and palm oil that are not ideal for heart health. Although french fries need a little salt, many brands of packaged french fries contain at least 15% of the daily recommendations of sodium per serving.”
