JAKARTA Park Hyatt Jakarta presents the Masters of Food and Wine, which combines the world’s top chefs, mixologists, and wine and champagne masters. This event is special because it highlights culinary arts.

The special menu was presented by Pastry Chef Alessio Gallelli from Park Hyatt Milan, Italy. Masters of Food and Wine is even more lively with an afternoon tea event that serves a special sweet and savory menu.

Park Hyatt Jakarta Public Relations Manager Bella Arianty said that this event presented nine masters from various fields. Including Michelin Star chefs.

This year, the Masters of Food and Wine Park Hyatt Jakarta is different from before. The reason is, this event emphasizes deeper art. Includes activities such as photography and painting classes.

“This is the second time for the Masters of Food and Wine activity. We are bringing in nine masters from their own fields. There are masters of wine, masters of champagne, masters of pastry and there are also Michellin Star chefs who are present,” said at Park Hyatt Jakarta, Saturday (12 /10/2024).

“The highlight of this year’s event is the experience. At Park Hyatt we combine FNB with art and culture and a touch of luxury. So in the art we include things like painting classes and photography masterclasses,” he explained.

Bella emphasized that the Masters of Food and Wine will continue to take place every year with an interesting new concept. This will become part of the Park Hyatt brand heritage.

“This event will of course continue as a legacy for the Park Hyatt brand. And of course there will be something different every year,” he said.

For information, Masters of Food and Wine is a Park Hyatt Jakarta event with the concept of world top chefs, mixology, wine and champagne masters. This event presents two Michelin Star chefs. First, Chef Syrco Bakker who is famous for his creations in Dutch and Indonesian culinary fine dining.

Second, Chef Ivan Brehm, owner of the Michelin Nouri restaurant which serves various menus based on in-depth research. That way, what he presents can be accepted universally.

Park Hyatt Jakarta also collaborates with Chef Pasqualino Barbasso from Italy in the Masters of Food and Wine. Meanwhile, pastry chef Alessio Gallelli also served delicious and pampering desserts.
