Oyster sauce squid is made from brambang leaves, onions, red chilies, garlic, pepper, oyster sauce, salt and sugar.

Material:
- 500 grams of medium sized squid, cut in half and sliced at an angle
- 3 stems of Brambang leaves, cut into 3 cm lengths
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 red chilies, sliced obliquely
Spice:
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- Pepper powder, salt, sugar and seasoning to taste
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 200 ml

2. Add the squid, cook until stiff, then cover with water. Add other spices.
3. After the spices have been absorbed and there is little water left, drizzle with oyster sauce. Add the brambang leaves, stir briefly, remove from heat and serve.
