- Tofu silk 200 grams
- 100 gram peeled shrimp
- Oyster mushroom 3 trees
- 4 sheets of white mustard greens

- 100 ml water
Spice
- Garlic 4 cloves, crushed
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Arak Cook 1 tsp (optional)
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Liquid flavoring 1 tsp
- 200 ml chicken broth
- Maizena 1/2 teaspoon, melted with five tablespoons of cold water
