Oyong soup recipe
Material:
- 2 Oyong, peeled and cut into pieces
- 10 meatballs, cut into small pieces
- 1 packet of soun, soak hot water
- 2 leeks, finely sliced
- 1 tomato, cut into pieces
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Boil water until it boils.
- Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant, then put it in the water stew.
- Add salt and sugar, stir well.
- Add meatballs, oyong, and tomatoes. Cook until Oyong is soft.
- Add soun and leeks, stir briefly, then remove from heat.
- Serve warm as a meal menu.
