Material:
- 5 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 225 granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp cake emulsifier
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Sift together:
- 125 gr medium protein flour
- 85 gr chocolate powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 160 ml vegetable oil
- 125 gr dark cooking chocolate, melt it
- 75 ml sweet white thick
How to make brownies original steamed
1. Beat eggs with sugar, salt, emulsifierand vanilla until thick. Add the flour mixture little by little while stirring.
2. Add vegetable oil and melted chocolate, stir again until smooth. Separate 150 milliliters of mixture, stir until sweetened. Divide the remaining dough into two equal parts.
3. Prepare a baking pan measuring 10 cm x 20 cm x 7 cm, grease with a little oil and line with baking paper. Pour one part of the unsweetened dough into it.
4. Steam in a hot steamer for seven minutes. Remove the baking sheet, pour in 150 milliliters of the mixture which is stirred with a sweet consistency. Steam again for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the baking pan, pour in the remaining mixture brownies onto it. Steam brownies Return for 30 minutes or until cooked.
