Rujak bulung

This unique food menu originating from Bali is now very popular. With the taste of kriuk bulung or seaweed, as well as the addition of pindang sauce which makes it even tastier. When you want to try this menu, you can find it throughout Bali, as reported on the official Denpasar city website.

Jukut (Soup) Ares

Jukut Ares is one of Bali’s traditional culinary delights. This menu uses the basic ingredients of banana stems, with its simple preparation, this food can be made by anyone at home.

This menu is usually used as a complement when you eat lawar, Balinese mixed rice and suckling pork rice. So for those of you who are visiting Bali, don’t forget to try this food menu, reported by the tik tok account @Bali Foodie.

Scratch (Sequence)

This unique culinary delight has become a topic of conversation among tourists because of its strange shape. This menu uses pork intestines as the main ingredient which have been cleaned and then filled with fat and pork seasoned with typical Balinese spices.

After that, this order is smoked and then dried in the hot sun and when it is ready to be served, it is further fried for 5-7 minutes. For those of you who love pork, you really have to try this menu.

Rujak stones

Many local residents and tourists have tried the rujak that recently went viral on social media. This rujak can only be found in Benoa, South Kuta.
