- 200 grams of high protein flour
- 50 grams of medium protein flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 8 grams of instant yeast
- 35 grams of margarine
- 1 chicken egg
- 50 grams of sugar
- 100 ml of liquid milk

- Mix flour, baking powder, and instant yeast until smooth.
- Add margarine, eggs, sugar, liquid milk, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth, cover the dough with a wet napkin, let stand for 30 minutes.

- Take one dough, fry in a lot of oil and medium hot until brownish yellow. Do it until all the dough runs out.
