For night culinary lovers, there’s no harm in trying Nasi Be Lindung Bu Rina which is located in Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. As the name suggests, hindu or eel is a highlight on the menu. Apart from lindung, another menu that makes this culinary specialty of Tabanan is vegetable gonda.
This stall is located in Banjar Kukuh Kawan, Kukuh Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan, precisely at the residence of husband and wife (couple) I Made Sudiarta (59) and Ni Kadek Srigati (49) on Jalan Manik Galih, Gang Flamboyan, Number 1. For Opening hours start from 18.00 WITA to 02.00 WITA every day.

Sudiarta said that the menu offered in one portion is rice, crispy lindung, be genyol, betutu chicken, sequence, gonda vegetables, sambal matah, and balung sauce. Prices can vary from the cheapest IDR 10 thousand to the most expensive IDR 25 thousand.
“We buy the ingredients raw and process them ourselves at home. The spices are all made by my wife and are typical of Tabanan,” said Sudiarta, who is a retired civil servant from the Tabanan Regency Social Service, Friday (17/1/2024) afternoon.
In one day, they can eat 5 kilograms (kg) of eel, 15 kg of pork and 3-5 kg โโof chicken. Sudiarta said the customers of Be Protected Rice come from various corners of Tabanan Regency. Apart from that, they also came from Denpasar, Badung, to Buleleng.
Sudiarta explained that this stall has been running since 2018. Initially, this couple sold at the village market by offering food with various menus such as yellow rice, porridge, ready-made food and vegetables every morning. Gradually, he decided to open this stall business in his own house. In running the business, he is also assisted by his relatives.
