KOMPAS.com – This popular West Javanese snack, Seblak, is really addictive, you can make it at home.
Seblak is made with raw orange crackers, colorful crackers, eggs, shrimp, tongue cuanki, dried batagor, dried dumplings, fish cake and sausage.
Meanwhile, the seblak seasoning consists of large red chilies, red bird’s eye chilies, galangal, garlic and powdered chicken stock.

Material:
- Raw orange crackers to taste, boiled
- Crackers with colorful edges to taste, boil
- 2 eggs, make fried eggs
- 1 small bowl of prawns, heads removed, stir-fried
- Clean the tongue to taste, boil
- Dry Batagor to taste, boil
- Dry dumplings to taste, boil
- 1 sausage, cut into pieces, boiled
- Fish cake to taste, cut into pieces, boil
Seblak chili sauce:
- 3 large red chilies
- 2 handfuls of red cayenne pepper
- 6 kencur segments
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tsp powdered chicken stock
