In this recipe, the soup is cooked with a combination of fresh shrimp, straw mushrooms and nutrient-rich chicken stock. This dish not only provides warmth, but it also tastes delicious.

Mushroom Shrimp Soup Ingredients:
- 250 gr fresh prawns (peel and remove the heads)
- 200 gr red mushrooms (clean and halve)
- 1 liter chicken stock (from boiling 4 chicken legs)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 stalk coriander leaves (sliced)
Ground spice ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sliced red chilies
- 2 tbsp sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp sliced garlic
- 1 tsp salt

1. Heat oil in a frying pan then saute the ground spices until fragrant, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp change color.
2. In a separate pan, boil the chicken stock until it boils, then add the sautéed shrimp and seasonings to the boiling stock. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Add mushrooms, coriander leaves, lemongrass, lime juice and soy sauce. Cook until the soup boils, then adjust the taste with additional salt or seasoning before serving.
