KOMPAS.com – Vegetable salad is a healthy, low-calorie food that is suitable as a diet menu.
You can make a mixed spinach salad with red spinach, green spinach, cucumber, carrots, chicken breast, sweet corn, red peppers and green peppers.
Spinach salad is covered in a sauce made by yourself from pepper, salt, honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and mayonnaise.

Material:
- 100 grams of red spinach leaves, blanched
- 100 grams of green spinach leaves, blanched
- 1 cucumber, remove seeds, cut into small pieces lengthwise
- 1 carrot, peeled, cut into small pieces lengthwise
- 2 pieces, fillets chicken breast, grilled with honey and lemon juice, sliced lengthwise
- 5 tbsp sweet corn
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
- Lettuce to taste
Sauce:
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp olive oil

1. Mix spinach, cucumber, carrots, chicken, corn, bell peppers and lettuce in a bowl. Stir well.
2. Sauce: Mix two tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Stir well. Add mayonnaise, pepper, salt, honey and remaining olive oil. Stir well.
3. Pour the vegetable mixture into a serving bowl, add the mayonnaise mixture, stir well. Serve.
