Because, this dry cake uses honey as a sweetener, plus cashew nuts and wheat flour.

Material:
- 4 egg whites
- 3 tbsp honey
- 125 gr cashew nuts (roasted, chopped)
- 1/4 dry grated coconut ready to use
- 100 gr cornflakes (destroy)
- 75 gr wheat flour
- Put the egg whites in a container, beat for a few moments. Add honey gradually while whisking.
- Add cashew nuts, desiccated coconut, and cornflakes which has been destroyed. Stir well. Add flour, stir again until smooth.
- Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper. Take a teaspoon of dough, then arrange it onto the baking sheet. Don’t forget to leave a few centimeters of space.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven, bake for about 45 minutes until the cookies are cooked. Remove from the oven, let it cool before storing in a jar.
