Material:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 200 grams of bean sprouts, ends removed
- 100 grams of young green beans, cut into 5 cm lengths, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 5 cm spring onion base, thinly sliced
- 5 red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 red chilies, remove seeds, cut obliquely
- 2 green chilies, remove seeds, cut obliquely
- 50 grams of dry plain anchovies, fried until crispy

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
