- 250 grams of Young Kaling Flang (Washing and Drain)
- 300 milliliters of water
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of red coloring
- 125 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of fresh passion fruit contents
- Sufficient shaved ice

How to make passion fruit kolang kolang ice:
1. Boil Kaling with 300 milliliters of water until tender, then add sugar and cloves. Bring to a boil using low heat until the sugar is absorbed.
2. Remove the pan filled with a piece of Kaling from the stove then give a red coloring, stir until well blended.
3. Prepare a serving glass, pour the chops, add passion fruit and shaved ice on it just before eating.
