Liputan6.com, Yogyakarta – Various satay culinary delights were displayed at the Satay Festival held at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta.
As shown SCTV’s Latest Evening Coverage 6Saturday (11/11/2017), apart from chicken, beef and goat satay which are well known to many people, other types of satay can also be found at this festival.
These include malond or manuk londo satay, otak-otak satay, seafood satay, uritan satay, egg satay, and others.
Apart from introducing more Indonesian food, this festival also aims to educate the public regarding healthy satay dishes.
