KOMPAS.com – If you have manalagi mangoes at home, you can make them into mango sauce.
This refreshing sweet and slightly sour sauce can be poured over pudding, jelly, vanilla ice cream, strawberry ice cream, and pancakes. The color is yellow so it looks attractive.

Material:
- 200 gr manalagi mango flesh (cut into small cubes)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 ml boiled water
- Add mango, sugar, lemon juice and water inside food processor. Blend to the desired texture, then pour into a serving bowl. Serve.
