Maintain the taste of Gayo coffee using traditional roasting methods



ANTARA – Central Aceh Regency is one of the areas known as a coffee paradise in the Gayo Highlands. There are quite a few coffee entrepreneurs in Takengon City, Central Aceh Regency who are successful in selling their agricultural products internationally. However, in the midst of advanced technology, there are still entrepreneurs who maintain traditional coffee roasting techniques using coconut shells.
