KOMPAS.com – Mac and cheese is a typical British food made from macaroni pasta and cheese sauce, you can also add bolognese sauce.
Mac and cheese bolognese is made with dry macaroni, bolognese sauce, while the ingredients for cheese sauce are butter, wheat flour, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, liquid milk and grated cheese.

- 150-200 grams of dry macaroni
- A little oil
- Enough water
- Bolognese sauce
Cheese sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- A little onion, chopped
- Salt, pepper and ground nutmeg to taste
- 300 ml liquid milk
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- Oregano to taste
- Sausage or smoked meat
