The owner of the Doyan Midas Noodle Shop, Yudha Gusri Setiawan, admitted that his merchandise sells well in a day even though he only prepares no more than 30 portions.
Setiawan explained that his noodle shop has only been operating since September 18 2024.
“It’s not even been a month, but thank God, offline sales are very high, even though no online orders have come in yet,” said Setiawan.
Setiawan admitted that he was a little surprised by the consumption patterns of people in the area where he sells.
Several times he opened a culinary business, most of his businesses relied on online applications to increase sales.
However, things turned around when he opened the Doyan Midas business, where most of his customers were employees who worked and lived behind the Mitra Keluarga Waru General Hospital.
“Even though we are inferior to bigger noodle outlets, at least we dare to give customers a taste of home because all our spices are produced locally. home made,” explained Setiawan.
Setiawan explained that the future target for him and his team is to develop the menu and add chefs to increase efficiency in the kitchen.
