List of Foods Rich in Vitamin K for Heart Health and Bone

Vitamin K is not as popular as other vitamins, such as vitamins A, C, and D which are also famous for their healthy benefits. In fact, vitamin K also has an equally important role for body health, ranging from helping blood clots, maintaining bone health, and protecting the heart.

The daily needs of vitamin K vary based on sex. Women need at least 90 micrograms (MCG) per day, while men need around 120 mcg per day. Fortunately, vitamin K can be obtained easily from healthy foods.
