Rory said that he tried the diet for 30 days. He did this to find out 3 things, namely whether his intestines could improve, autoimmune symptoms and health conditions.
This netizen from Brisbane, Australia has prepared food for the Lion diet for one week. The food eaten is definitely meat. He started by enjoying organic beef chopped and cooked in broth with salt.

Rory explained that the first time he started this ‘carnivore’ diet he was able to sleep soundly. Rory also said that his skin looked better, his sinuses were starting to clear up, and his bowel movements were flowing smoothly.

Rory doesn’t only eat beef, but also chicken. Seen when Rory shows a tutorial for cooking chicken in a delicious broth soup. He enjoys it without added carbohydrates.
So far, Rory has done it for 26 days. According to him, this diet provides full energy during the day. However, he felt hungry when it was approaching evening.
“This diet provides high energy during the day, when the night finally makes you hungry,” wrote the caption in the video.
