“With the aroma and taste of world-class coffee, coffee lovers cannot forget this coffee and want to continue enjoying this coffee all the time,” said Fauzan when meeting Kumbi coffee farmers in Kumbi Hamlet, Pakuan Village, Narmada District, West Lombok, last weekend.

According to the Chair of the Lombok Coffee Community, Dody A Wibowo, Kumbi coffee and Batu Mekar coffee are very special Lombok coffees and are suitable for accompanying relaxing times.

Dody said that Kumbi coffee can make the body fresher and fresher so it is very suitable for all groups to enjoy.

“The extraordinary taste of this coffee arouses the appetite of world coffee lovers, even Kumbi coffee and Batu Mekar coffee have become export commodities that are in demand on the international market,” he said.

Dody assesses that the opportunity for Lombok coffee exports is very high, thus providing a blessing for the coffee farming community in West Lombok.

“This coffee is in great demand so export opportunities are very high,” he added.

Both locations where this coffee is located are located in the highlands, with uphill and challenging terrain. However, this did not hinder the intention of Regent Fauzan and his entourage to meet coffee farmers in these two locations.

The drizzly weather, even tinged with rain, did not deter the Regent from meeting the Kumbi coffee farmers and providing them with support.

“This is an extraordinary trip to greet coffee farmers whose coffee has a world-class taste. If we have drunk this Lombok coffee, we will definitely not forget and be addicted to it. Therefore, I motivate them to continue to be productive during this pandemic because people around the world are waiting and waiting for coffee of us who have distinctive tastes,” he said.
