- 50 gr flour
- 25 gr sago flour
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 20 gr Paprika Green, Iris Dice
- 20 gr pineapple, sliced dice
- 150 ml of chicken broth water
- 1 tablespoon of sago flour solution
- 1 tablespoon of powdered chicken broth
How to make chicken kuluyuk
1. Sliced chicken meat given salt, pepper, eggs, then remove from heat. Sprinkle flour, press, fry, and drain.
2. Saute other ingredients with chicken meat, add sauce, powdered chicken broth, stir briefly.
3. Add water, stir again, pour the serving flour solution. Serve.
