KOMPAS.com – Kimbab, a typical South Korean food, is made from rice rolled in nori and filled with various vegetables, chicken or meat.
You can make kimbab with rice, nori, eggs, cucumber, carrots, mayonnaise, sausage and beef floss.

- 2 servings of white rice
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced long
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced long
- 1 egg, fried omelet
- 3 sheets of nori
- 1 sachet of mayonnaise
- Sufficient shredded boiled chicken meat
- 2 sausages
- To taste beef floss

1. Fry the omelet, set aside.
2. Take a sheet of nori and arrange the rice on top, then add the omelet. After that, arrange the cucumbers, carrots, shredded chicken and shredded beef successively on top of the nori and rice.
3. Finally add the sausage, then roll it up neatly. It would be better to use a sushi roll. Cut according to taste.
4. Ready to enjoy.
