JAKARTA – This year, KARA was again present at the Salon International de L’alimentation (SIAL Interfood). This international scale exhibition or what is known as “The Global Food Marketplace” will take place at the Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta on 13-16 November 2024.

By targeting 90,000 visitors during the activity, the 25th SIAL Interfood is expected to be an ideal means for food and beverage industry players, including KARA, in strengthening the existence and growth of its business as an authentic Indonesian brand.

SIAL Interfood is predicted to be one of the largest exhibitions in Southeast Asia. More than 1,200 participants, including 150 MSMEs in the food and beverage sector, took part in this prestigious event.

More than 25 countries have participated in the exhibition, including Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Korea, Turkey, Belarus, Taipei, Russia, Japan, Taiwan, China, United States, Georgia , Oman, Dubai (UAE), Italy, Switzerland, India and Germany. The presence of KARA at SIAL Interfood certainly adds color and enthusiasm to the local food and beverage industry.

“At this exhibition, KARA not only showcases a variety of the best processed coconut products, but also provides various exciting activities, ranging from product sampling, sales, activating games and quizzes, to cooking demonstrations featuring famous chefs such as Chef Diana Daifuku, Chef WillGoz, and “Chef Devina, which definitely adds to the attraction for visitors,” said Sales and Marketing Director of PT Kara Santan Pertama Andiyanto.

KARA’s participation in this activity is also an opportunity for Indonesia’s proud brand to introduce the goodness of its selected coconut products to a wider market.

“As original Indonesian brands, KARA and SUN Kara are a source of pride for the country as leaders in the coconut milk market in Indonesia. Hopefully this exhibition can create opportunities for stronger collaboration between industry players, increase the competitiveness of local products, and support national food security. “Success for the 25th SIAL Interfood,” he explained.
