One of the five star hotels in the city of Surabaya, JW Marriott, presents a program chef takeover Uppercut Steakhouse kitchen by Chef Blake Thornley from Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomic Bali featuring 7 combined dishes from fine dining and the essence of Indonesian culinary traditions.
Director of Operations at JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya Yudi Hendarsyah said culinary style Chef Blake is expected to bring new colors and flavors to Uppercut Steakhouse which is known for its elegant dining atmosphere and premium beef choices.
The program, which presents unique flavors as well as a combination of the rich culinary heritage of the archipelago and international flavors, will be held on 26-28 September 2024.
Yudi hopes, through touch Chef Blake is known for his modern, molecular gastronomy style fine dining and the combination of Indonesian spices can be combined well.
“We hope to forge richer collaborations through the series Flavors Beyond Borders in the future,” he said.
All of these dishes will be prepared from 18.00-21.00 WIB at Uppercut Steakhouse, JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya.
