KOMPAS.com – Young jackfruit lodeh vegetables can be added with claws and chicken wings to make it even more delicious.
This chicken feet jackfruit lodeh vegetable is made with other ingredients such as long beans, chayote, melinjo seeds, melinjo leaves, and chicken wings.
Lodeh vegetable seasoning consists of garlic, shallots, coriander, shrimp paste, tempeh, semangit, bay leaves and galangal.

Material:
- 150 grams young jackfruit, washed, cut into small pieces
- 10 chicken feet, remove the epidermis and nails
- 10 chicken wings
- 50 grams long beans, cut into 4 cm pieces
- 25 grams of melinjo leaves
- 25 grams of melinjo seeds
- 1 medium sized chayote, cut into cubes
- 300 ml thin coconut milk
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- 1 liter of water
Softened seasoning:
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 5 red onions
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 piece semangit tempeh
- Sugar to taste
- Fine salt to taste
Other spices:
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed

How to make jackfruit lodeh vegetables:
1. Boil young jackfruit and water until half the water remains.
2. Add the claws and wings, boil until a quarter of the water remains.
3. Add the ground spices, long beans, chayote, melinjo seeds, bay leaves and galangal. Cook again until it boils and the spices are absorbed.
4. Lastly, add the coconut milk and melinjo leaves. Boil until all ingredients are cooked. Lift, serve.
