Material:
- 6 ripe king bananas
- 30 grams of flour
- 20 grams of sago flour
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Coconut milk sauce:
- 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 1/2 coconut
- 1 pandan leaf (torn)
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 5 jackfruit eyes (cut boxes)

How to make jackfruit banana compote
- Banana dough. Mash the king’s banana using the back of the spoon, then give sugar, flour, sago flour, eggs, and salt. Stir until smooth, then let stand.
- Coconut milk sauce. Pour the coconut milk into the pan, mix with pandan leaves, sugar, and vanilla powder.
- Cook a mixture of coconut milk until it boils, then add a banana mixture gradually. Cook until the banana mixture floats to the surface.
- Give jackfruit pieces, then cook for a few moments. Remove, serve warm.
