JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Raisa Andriana, a famous singer and songwriter, still makes time to eat with her children.

“Small moments, for example trying a food recipe with your children, can make a difference core memory which is fun,” said Raisa in an exclusive interview with Nutrijell Dark Choco at Senayan Park, Friday (8/11/2024).

Raisa revealed that there were several ways she used to introduce it desserts sweet to children without making this dessert a scourge:

1. Categorize desserts as sugar requirement

2. Give desserts along with the main meal

“For example, if a child eats rice with chicken, it can be served with pudding so there is no bad food in my house. Everything is considered sufficient,” said Raisa.

He prevented the child from looking desserts as food that must be obtained by consuming many main dishes.

“I’m afraid that when he grows up, he will have an excessive interest in foods that are high in sugar. So I generalize the status of all the food at home,” he added.

3. Make it desserts home alone

Finally, Raisa chose desserts Home-made food for their children compared to food bought from outside. He also suggested this to mothers at home.

“Whatever (the food) is important homemade. “I see it as healthier than if I didn’t really know the origins,” he said.
